While lowering the bed prop on a haul truck the operator failed to move EE's hand, causing damage to EE's right thumb. As a result, the operator received four stitches and a splint for a fractured right thumb.

Showing all 3While standing in a rowboat to weld on a floating conveyor and although the boat was properly secured, it shifted slightly causing welder to lose balance. He twisted his right knee in his effort to recover.
While changing bucket on Bobcat loader, right lever was not down. Attempted to kick lever with right foot. Left foot slipped and hit left pedal, which lowered boom. Right foot got caught between boom & frame of Bobcat. Crushing injury to right leg. No broken bones, just bruised.
