HE WAS STANDING ON THE CATWALK WATCHING THE SH AKER SCREEN AS HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO, WHEN AT SOME POINT HIS HAND OR ARM WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE DRIVE ROLL & CONVEYOR BELT, PULLING HIS SHOULDER AND RIGHT CHEST INTO ROLLER HOUSING.
