EMPLOYEE STEPPED OFF THE T011 SERVICE TRUCK, MISJUDGED THE HEIGHT OF THE STEP DOWN AND FELL ON HIS BACK. EMPLOYEE INSISTED HE WAS FINE THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT, AND REFUSED TO BE TAKEN IN FOR A N EXAMINATION, BUT ON JANUARY 5, 2004, HE ASKED TO BE TAKEN INTO THE DOCTOR. HE WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING A FRACTURED RIB. HE HAS NOT RETURNED TO WORK, AND WILL BE OUT A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS.
