EMPLOYEE WAS OP9RATING CRUSHER FROM THE CRUSHER CONTROL BUILDING. THE EUCLID OPERATOR DROVE EUCLID UNDER PHONE WIRES OF CRUSHER CONTROL BUILDING WITH THE BED STILL IN UPRIGHT POSITION. THE BED CAUGHT WIRES, P6LLING THE CONTROL BUILDING TO GROUND WHICH CAUSED EMPLOYEE'S LOWER BACK INJURY.
