EE WAS A PASSENGER IN OUR 4X4 TRAVELING FROM MINE SITE TO OFFICE. DRIVER ROUNDED CORNER ON ICY ROAD HIT DUMP TRUCK DRIVEN BY OTHER HEADON. EE HEAD HIT THE WINDSHIELD KNEES HIT INTO DASH BOARD CAUSING HIP INJURY LEFT AND CUT LEFT EYELID.
