WENT TO SEE WHY #3 CONVEYOR HAD STOPPED. THE CONVEYOR WAS NOT RUNNING AND APPARENTLY V-BELT WAS SLIPPING ON PULLEY. HE PUT LEFT HAND ON V-BELT AND IT PULLED HIS LEFT HAND INTO PULLEY CAUSING INJURY.
