At approximately 9:20 am, two employee's were making a pipe connection on the dredge. Injured employee's left leg was pinched between the floating pipeline and the bow end of the work boat crane base.

Showing all 3DRIVER FOR A HIRED TRUCK WAS IN THE CAB OF HIS TRUCK WHILE BEING LOADED. THE LOADER WAS OVER THE TRUCK AND LOST HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CAUSING THE LOADED BUCKET TO CRASH DOWN ON TRUCK. THE DRIVER HIT HIS HEAD ON THE CABL GLASS AND WAS LATER DIAGNOSED AS HAVING SLIGHT CONCUSSION.
EMPLOYEE WAS BEING LOADED BY OUR LOADERMAN WHEN A PIECE OF FROZEN DIRT BROKE LOOSE FROM BUCKET AND WENT INTO BED OF HIS TRUCK CAUSING A JOLT TO TRUCK CAUSING A JERKING TO HIS BACK.
