THE MECHANIC WAS HELPING TO INSTALL A PIN IN THE BUCKET OF A SHOVEL. HE WAS HOLDING A STEEL PLATE ON THE PIN USING LOADER BUCKET AND SHOVEL SWING UP TO PUSH THE PIN. THE PIN MOVED SUDDENLY AND SMASHED MECHANIC FINGER BETWEEN PLATE AND SHOVEL BUCKET.
