EMPLOYEE SAW PAYHAULER COME AROUND THE BEND TOWARD HIM, WRONG WAY, AND SWERVED RIGHT ONTO THE BERM OUT OF THE WAY. PAYHAULER DRIVER SAID HE FORGOT ABOUT THE TRAFFIC DIRECTION CHANGE ADN DROVE SOUTHBOUND. MUD PUDDLE SLPASHED OBSUCRING HIS VISION AND HE DID NOT SEE THE CAT 773 IN FRONT OF HIM.
