EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING TAIL PULLEY ON KILN #1 CLINKER BELT WHEN HE GOT HIS LEFT HAND RING FINGR CAUGHT BETWEEN THE TAIL PULLEY SHAFT AND HTE FRAME WORK FOR THE CONVEYOR BELT RESULTING IN A BROK EN FINGER.
