EE WAS HAULING OVERSIZE TO A NEW LOCATION. AS HE WAS DRIVING HE HIT A WINDOW IN ROAD. HE BOUCNED HARD AND THE SEAT BELT JERKED HIM CAUSING THE NECK STRAIN.
