Employee was operating 631K Scraper. The Employee was going down the hill from the new strip and hit a dip which caused EE to lose EE's footing from the brake peddle which made the scraper accelerate speed going down the hill; when EE reached the bottom of the hill EE was able to stop the scraper but said EE had lower back pain.

Showing all 3637G scraper tripping over burden next to 11' highwall, working to close to berm, over burden was soft clean dirt. Scraper slid slowly over edge sideways and slowly turned over. EE was ok but he was taken to urgent care to be check out. EE knew better than to operate equipment that close to berm, we have had many safety meetings about this. Tire tracks where way to close.
