Miner was traveling to pick up a part when another driver pulled into his pathway causing a collision.
EE was severely injured when his personal vehicle backed over the upper portion of his body while attempting to jump start it. In order to perform this task he had to place himself under the right front tire of the vehicle. Once contact was made, the vehicle rolled in reverse over EE.
WHILE OPERATING A SCRAPER, EMPLOYEE FELT A PAIN IN HIS BACK.
EE WAS RUNNING CONVEYOR BELT AT CHOPPER #3. A PIECE OF STONE GOT STUCK BETWEEN CONVEYOR AND ROLLERS. ATTEMPTING TO PULL OUT THE STONE WITH THE CONVEYOR STILL RUNNING, ANOTHER STONE FELL ON TOP OF HIS HAND. AFTER RETURNING FROM THE HOLIDAYS, HE SAID HIS HAND WAS STILL HURTING. TOOK HIM TO THE DOCTOR ON 1/10/02.
