INJURED WAS DRIVING A ISUZU PICKUP. HE PARKED THE TRUCK IN THE PATH OF A WA600 KOMATSU WHEEL LOADER. NOT REALIZING THE TRUCK WAS THERE, THE LOADER OPERATOR BACKED UP. REALIZING THE SITUATIO N, INJURED JUMPED OUT THE DRIVER'S WINDOW & STARTED YELLING AT THE LOADER OPERATOR TO STOP. WHEN INJURED JUMPED OUTHE WINDOW HE GOT HIS RIGHT LEG STUCK.

HE WAS HAVING THE D25C ARTICULATED DUMP TRUCK LOADED WITH BOULDERS BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. WHEN A LARGE BOULDER WAS LOADED INTO THE TRUCK IT JARRED HIM AFFECTING HIS BACK.
