WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED IN RECONDITIONING THE SECONDARY. A CRANE WAS LIFTING A CHUTE FOR ITS POSITIONING WHEN IT BROKE INTO TWO PIECES. ONE OF THE PIECES MOVED IN THE DIRECTION OF THE VICTIM FORCING HIM DOWN THE STAIRS LEADING TO THE SECONDARY. HE GRABBED THE HANDRAILS AS HE EXITED AND TWISTED HIS SHOULDER WHEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING.
