A shuttle car operator got stuck. A battery scoop operator pulled it out, the car rolled back down, they started the car and backed up to give chain slack. They bumped the scoop operator with the car on the upper shins. The Maintenance manager took them to the doctor. the X Rays taken revealed that there was a small hairline fracture in the upper right shin.

Showing all 14Employee was driving Jeep, turned into 3 South commons and door came open. Employee reached out to catch it and got the left index finger caught in door hinge.
Shuttle car went down in the last open. Injured and 3 others went to help get the car out of the way. They pulled slack off of the reel to get a scoop behind it. Injured was standing by the cable and the operator turned the car and the cable knocked injured to ground, landing on right shoulder.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A SHUTTLE CAR WHEN BRAKES LOCKED UP CAUSING HIM TO HIT HIS RIGHT ELBOW ON THE PANIC BAR.
Employee was stepping onto an overcast wall and floor that was suspended by a forklift. There was pressure on the fork of the lift against the rib. When the employee stepped onto the overcast, the fork dislodged and sprung upwards against his leg, causing bruising and laceration to his penis. Did not seek medical attention until next day.
Employee was operating the shuttle car,the shuttle car bumper rode up on the miner bumper lifting the tires about 1 foot off the ground. The shuttle car rolled back and fell off the miner bumper causing the employee to bounce and strike his head on the cab of the shuttle car.
Operator was operating shuttle car, hit bumb, jammed head into canopy.
The employee was cleaning the feeder, when shuttle car came to dump. There was a cover hanging down off the side, the rear hit feeder with cover, causing cover to pop off; hitting the employee in the chest.
Pulling belt control box into 935 bucket with push plate. Employee rigged chain pulling the box into the bucket. He was in bucket with right hand on top of push plate. His fingers got caught between the back of the bucket and the push plate causing lacerations and fractures to right middle and ring fingers.
Employee was setting timbers in entry. A freedom car came into entry and struck scoop which in turn, the timber in the scoop knocked the employee off his feet and he landed on his tail bone.
Employee was riding on floor board of Little Mac and was holding on to the fender wall when they hit a bump in the roadway cuasing the right front tire to come in contact with the fender and smashing employee's finger.
Employee was gathering blocks operating scoop #488 at the #9 back entry when he ran over a piece of the 4" polypipe causing it to pop up and enter the cab of the scoop striking the operator in the left rib cage.
While entering belt line #1 #4 tail, EE drove through both sets of doors into the belt line. He then made a turn to go down to #5 belt when he struck his head on a low hanging roof mat.
Rock dusting from #6 beltdrive towards overcast, while going up overcast, Lil Mac powered out and started back down the ramp, when he fell off the machine landing between belt and machine and he lost his hard hat and light. When he raised up, he came in contact with belt roller, hitting his head and catching his hooded sweat shirt, ripping hood from shirt.
