IEE stated he was guilding a wire rope through the scrapper which was pulling belt through it.EE stated he had his right hand on motor and it slipped off causing his finger to get caught in belt pulley. He tried to free his right hand with his left hand and got his left (tip end) finger caught also. (index finger)

He was on the man trip preparing to go underground. The man trip did not go into reverse but stuck in forward. It was parked in front of the maintenance trailer. When the man trip moved it struck the towing tongue of the trailer, the sudden stop caused him to twist forcefully. His left ankle started bothering him 4 hours later, diagnosed with Fx of lower left fibula.

EE was assisting in moving a section water pressure pump. He was securing a chain on a hook that was mounted on the ram of a scoop. As the ram retracted, the employees hand slipped behind the ram and was caught between the ram and the bucket frame. X-rays reveled in-line fractures to the right little finger and ring finger.
