The right side pinner was moving from #7 to #8 entry. The Ram Car was setting idle with the pump motor on waiting for the other car to come out of #9 entry. Employee was moving cable out of the way for the pinner to pull into face of #8. EE was standing behind ram car when the car released brake causing ee to rollback striking employee in back of knee.

Showing all 2Employee was operating a Diesel Scoop about 30' from the top of the slope. The scoop died and rolled down the entire slope and hit a concrete wall at the bottom. The employee had a bump on head and was complaining of back pain. Employee was taken to hospital seen and released. This accident did not become a lost time until 11/28/17 when Doctor took employee off work.
