LOADER OPERATOR WAS RIDING BACK TO THE PIT IN THE HAUL TRUCK. WHILE SITTING IN PASSENGER SEAT,HE HAD HIS RIGHT HAND RESTING IN THE DOOR JAM. THE DOOR WAS NOT LOCKE DOPEN AND AS THE TRUCK MADE T TURN THE DOOR STRUCK HIS RIGHT HAND.
