EMPLOYEE HAD HO2KED TWO 3/4" CABLES TO BACK OF A 980 CAT LOADER EMPLOYEE GAVE LOADER OPERATOR SIGNAL TO START PULLING CABLES. THE CABLES WERE CAUGHT A PIECE OF METAL, WHEN THEY CAME LOOSE THEY CAUGHT EMPLOYE9 IN RIGHT LEG, CAUSING A CONTUSION TO THE RIGHT LEG. EMPLOYEE BEGAN LOST TIME 4-7-86.
