WHILE RETURNING FROM DUMP SITE, HE MISSED RAMP DUE TO DARKNESS & DUSK. WHEN HE GOT TO THE EDGE OF THE DIRT THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK WENT OVER THEEDGE. THE TRUCK WAS RESTING ON THE DIRT BELOW.
