A BACKHOE DROPPED A LARGE BOULDER INTO HAUL TRUCK BED. THE WEIGHT OF THE BOULDER CAUSED THE TRUCK TO BOUNCE. EMPLOYEE'S BACK WAS JARRED DUE TO THE SUDDEN BOUNCE. EMPLOYEE WAS NOT WEARING A SEA T BELT.
