LANDING ON LARGE ROCK JUST REMOVED ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD, NECK, SHOULDER AND LEFT SID

I NAME WAS CLEANING AROUND A CONVEYOR BELT WHEN HE NOTICED AN OVERSIZED ROCK WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BELTING AND FRAMEWORK. HE THEN DECIDED TO TRY TO REMOVE THE ROCK WITHOUT SHUTTING OFF THE BE LT. IN DOING SO HE TRAPPED HIS HAND BETWEEN THE ROCK AND FRAMEWORK HE INSTINCTIVELY PULLED HIS HAND CUTTING THE LEFT MIDDLE FINGER. ACCORDING TO REGULATION THE CONVEYOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNI
