WHILE OPERATING3AN 8 YARD LOADER ON 900 DRAW LEVEL, A CHUNCK OF ROCK FELL OUT OF THE STOPE AND HIT ANOTHER ROCK LAYING ON THE BOTTOM, BREAKING OFF A SMALL CHUNK WHICH RICOCHETED OFF AND HIT HI M ON THE LEFT S3DE OF HIS FACE. REQUIRED 20 STICHES ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS FACE.
