WHILE WORKING AS A TRUCK DRIVER HE APPLIED THE POWER TAKE OFF IN ORDER TO DUMP THE LOAD OF GRAVEL IN THE TRUCK. HIS HAND SLIPPED OFF OF THE HANDLE AND HIT A PIECE OF METAL STICKING OUT OF THE SEAT OF THE TRUCK IN THE CAB, CAUSING PAIN IN HIS LEFT WRIST, THUMB, AND HAND.
