LAGGING RUBBER CAME OUT OF TAIL PULLEY. HE WAS TRYING TO PUT THE RUBBER BACK WHICH WAS NOT HIS JOB AND HE WAS NOT AUTHROIZED TO DO. HE WAS TRYING TO TAKE BOLT OUT OF GUARD. WHEN BOTL CAME LO OSE IT SLIPEPD AND GLOVE CAUGHT IN PULLEY, PULLING HIS HAND INTO THEROLLER.
