EE was pulling into position to back up and dump stockpile truck #72308400. EE was stopped and waiting. Our Loader operator backed their Loader into the driver's door of the stockpile truck. EE thought EE was fine the day of the incident, but the next morning EE was very stiff and sore.

Employee had stockpile truck with concrete stone. Went to scale to weigh and forgot to dump his load at stockpile. EE started down road to the pit. He was not going very fast but weight of truck and decline made it difficult to stop. He came to curve and truck tipped over. He was wearing seatbelt. He climbed out and was taken to hospital for x-rays and stitches.
A MECHANIC FROM THE ROBINS SHOP WAS AT A SURFACE LOCATION (MONTOUR QUARRY) TO SERVICE A DUMP TRUCK. THE MECHANIC HAD THE BED RAISED PARTIALLY TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE BRAKE CYLINDERS. WHILE DETER MINING WHERE THE AIR LEAK WAS, SOME MATERIAL WHICH HAD BEEN FROZEN IN THE BOX RELEASED AND SLID DOWN. THE MECHANIC (WHO WAS DIRECTLY BEHIND TAILGATE) PULLED AWAY AS THE MATERIAL HIT THE TAILG
