UNLOADING VAN TRAILER WITH SMALL TRACK-LOADER, EQUIPPED WITH MOVABLE FORKS. EMPLOYEE STEPPED BETWEEN FORKS AND TRAILER WALL AS OPERATOR TURNED MACHINE. FORKS WERE DETACHABLE AND GAVE WAY AS EM PLOYEE LEG WAS PINCHED, PREVENTING VERY SERIOUS INJURY.
