EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE ON/OFF VALVE TO THE CONVEYOR BELT WHILE SITTING ON THE CONVEYOR BELT. EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO FLUSH THE ON./OFF VALVE, THE ELECTRICIAL SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED TO VALVE, STARTING THE BELT INSTEAD OF ONLY SENDING OIL TO VALVE. THE CONVEYOR BELT STARTED TO MOVE WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS ON THE BELT. HE WAS NOT READY WHEN IT STARTED & GOT WHIPLASH.
