EMPLOYEE HAD FINISHED CLEANING OUT CHUTE AND WAS CLIMBING ONTO CONVEYOR BELT TO GET DOWN. EMPLOYEE THINKS BELT WAS STARTED UP BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, TENDING BELT. OTHER EMPLOYEE SAYS HE DID NO OT START UP BELT. NO OTHER WITNESSES. BELT POSSIBLE MOVED UNDER WEIGHT OF EMPLOYEE AND HE FEELL BACK INTO CHUTE.
