The Geotemps employee was driving a pickup with the windows open. He drove into a pebble lime storage area striking a 2ft high pile of lime. The lime scattered with some coming into the cab of the pickup. It appears the employee inhaled some of the lime dust. Two hours after the incident he complained about chest pains and was transported to the emergency room.

Employee was put on 3 days of light duty. Employee went back to hospital on 8-14-05 was put on light duty for 5 days. Laid off atter the 4th day. Post accident drug result-negative.
EE WAS WAKING A WATER RUN, FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL AND RAN OFF THE ROAD
At the time of the incident the operator had his head turned to the right watching his apron on the scraper close. He had picked up speed but had not engaged his cushion hitch when he hit a bump. According to other scraper operators the ground conditions were not abnormal or excessively rough.
WHILE BACKING DOWM RAMP IN A HAUL TRUCK, RT REAR OF TRUCK CONTACTED A CUT, HAUL TRUCK TRAVELED UP THE CUT & THE TRUCK LAID OVER ONTO THE DRIVERS SIDE.
DROVE OFF ROAD IN A PICK-UP TRUCK AND INJURED HIS BACK.
