THE TRUCK CAME FROM 3019 TO THE RAISE OVER STEERED TO THE RIGHT COULD NOT CORRECT AND HIT THE RIB. THE TRUCK BEGAN TO BOUNCE AS I STARTED TO CORRECT CAUSED THE TRUCK TO HIT THE RIB AND MY KNEE TO HIT THE HOOD AND I WAS WEARING A SEAT BELT.
EE WAS TRAMMING UP 4403. HE CLAIMS THAT THE MACHINE MOTOR DIED. HE APPLIED THE PARK BRAKE AND TRIED TO START THE SCALER. AT THAT POINT THE MACHINE BEGAN TO ROLL BACKWARDS. THE EE COULD NOT REC ALL WHETHER HE JUMPED OR WAS THROWN FROM THE SCALER HE SUSTAINED MINOR CUTS A SPARINED SHOULDER, AND A FRACTURED RIGHT ANKLE.
