Haul truck driver suffered a back and neck strain during operation of a haul truck and at the time of being loaded with rockery rock from a front shovel. After loading the truck with 2 large rocks, the shovel operator started to swing and a 3rd unexpected rock rolled out of the bucket and struck the bed of the haul truck jolting the driver.
