EMPLOYEE WAS LEAVING MINE AFTER COMPLETING SHIFT. RIDING MOTORCYCLE ON MAIN MINE ROAD WHILE SHIFTING GEARS, REAR WHEEL HIT LOOSE MATERIAL AND CAUSED MOTORCYCLE TO VEER OFF ROAD ONTO SHOULDER. LOST CONTROL OF MOTOTCYCLE AND IT FELL OVER. HE CAME OFF BIKE HITTING RIGHT SHOULDER AND BIKE FELL ON LEFT HAND.
