Showing all 2ACCIDENT OCCURED AT AN INTERSECTION OF AN HAUL ROAD AND PLANT/MAINTENANCE ROAD. INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS ON ATV AND DID NOT COME TO A STOP PRIOR TO CROSSING HAULROAD. BECAUSE OF THIS HE DID NOT SEE LIGHT DUTY VEHICLE WHICH WAS PARTIALY OBSTRUCTED BY THE BERM. HE PULLED IN FRONT OF THE BRONCO AND WAS STRUCK ON HIS RIGHT SIDE BY THE LEFT FRONT OF THE BRONCO.
