LOADER OPERAATOR WAS DRIVING TO FAST AND WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION WHEN HE WENT OFF AN EMBANKMENT, IT WA A 2 FOOT DROP. THE LOADED OPERATOR HA HIS SEAT BEL TON & WS THROWN FORWARD CAUSING BRUI SES AROUND WAIST DUE TO THE SEAT BELT CATCHING.
