CRUSHER LABOR WAS CLEANING NEXT TO THE 54" FINE HEAD CONE UNDER CONE CONVEYOR. HIS LEFT HAND ON A SHOVEL, GOT TOO CLOSE TO A RETURN ROLLER, ABOUT 3 FT UP FROM THE GROUND, AND PINCHED HIS THUMB TIP. HE WAS WEARING LEATHER GLOVES AT THE TIME OF INJURY. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. IT WAS HIS 3RD DAY WORKING HERE.
