EE WAS DRIVING DOWN HAUL ROAD WHEN HE STRUCK A POTHOLE. IT JARRED HIS BACK & WE SENT HIM TO OUR COMPANY DOCTOR. HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A "LUMBAR STRAIN" & PUT ON LIGHT DUTY OF NO LIFTING OVER 3 0 LBS. HE WAS ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK THAT SAME DAY. FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT ON 7/18/02.
