EE STATED THAT HE WAS REPLACING A GUARD AFTER CLEANING AND TRACKING A CONVEYOR BELT. HE STATED THAT WHILE REPLACING THE GUARD HE FELL INTO THE TAIL PULLEY, CAUGHT HIS LEFT HAND IN THE TAIL PUL LEY AND FREED HIMSELF WITH A PRY BAR THAT WAS LAYING CLOSE BY.
