EMPLOYEE WAS IN A HURRY TO MOVE A BARGE. HE GRABBED THE CLUTCH ROD HANDLE OF THE BARGE WINCH WHICH SLIPPED, CAUSING A BRUISE ON HIS RIGHT HAND, AS THE WRENCH STILL HELD IN HIS HAND, IN THE PUS HING MOTION WAS BETWEEN THE WRENCH AND FRAME OF THE WINCH AS THE LOCATION OF HIS HAND.
