SUBJECT STEPPED OUT OF THE BOBCAT WHILE IT WAS RUNNING. HE PLACED HIS FOOT ON BUCKET CONTROLS CAUSING THE BUCKET TO RAISE AND PIN HIM AGAINST THE MACHINE.
