Showing all 3An employee was driving a dump truck with the dump bed elevated causing it to hit the telephone lines that cross from the telephone post to the office. These cables were detached and hit an employee that was walking toward the office, striking him on the leg and pulling him to the ground. The employee received minor scrapes on his head and bruises due to the fall.
While the hydrascreen conveyor was turned on EE tired to pull out a rock that was caught up in the machine. Machine grabbed EE's hand causing a superfical abrasion on his upper right wrist. The loader operator became aware of what was happening, shut down the machine and help EE out.
