A RUBBER BAND WAS USED TO HOLD THE THROTTLE SLIGHTLY OPEN ON A SNOWMOBILE WHILE THE MACHINE WAS BEING PULL STARTED. WHEN EE PULLED THE ROPE SHE SLIPPED ON SOME ICE, FELL FORWARD ONTO THE HANDL E BARS. THE THROTTLE STUCK WIDE OPEN AND THE SNOWMOBIL WENT OUT OF CONTROL THROWING HER OFF. THE SNOWMOBILE CONTINUED UP AN EMBANKMENT AND CAME TO REST AGAINST A 988 LOADER.
