Employee was in the process of removing sand that had accumulated under a conveyor with a bobcat. The employee had made several passes under the conveyor until ee struck a vertical ladder with the bobcat attachment. The bobcat struck a vertical ladder and a 6 inch piece of rebar flew off the crusher deck and struck the operator on the forehead causing 1-inch laceration.

EE WAS KNOCKING DOWN BELLY DUMP WINDROWS WITH LOADER. HE HIT A WET SPOT AND SUNK TO THE RIGHT SIDE, CAUSING EE TO TWIST AND STRAIN A MUSCLE ON RIGHT SIDE OF LOWER BACK. EE WAS IN SEAT AND HAD SAFETY BELT ON.
