Employee was attempting unhook chain from mill so it could be lifted away by a forklift. The forklift operator was instructed to raise the forklift blades and while doing so made contact with the accelerator, the forklift moved forward pinning employee between elevator chute and the forklift body. Employee suffered severe brusing and temporary mobility impairment.
