EMPLOYEES WERE CUTTING AND REMOVING PIPING. THEY WERE MOVING A 15' PIECE OF PIPE BY DRAGGING IT WITH A CHAIN ATTACHED TO A FORKLIFT. THE PIPE SECTION HAD NUMEROUS ELBOWS IN IT AND IT CAUGHT ON A CEMENT PILLAR AND FLIPPED, HITTING ONE EE IN THE UPPER THIGH.
