EMPLOYEE CRAWLED OVER BELT IN ORDER TO REACH AROUND PROTECTIVE GUARD WITH SCREWDRIVER TO DISLODGE ROCK OBVIUOSLY HE DID A "DUMB" THING. ALL GUARDS WERE IN PLACE. EMPLOYEE HAVE BEEN WARNED REPE ATEDLY NOT TO GO NEAR ANY BELT WHILE RUNNING. ARM CAUGHT UNDER ROLLER.
