2 MEN WERE CLEANING OUT SHOOT UNDER GRIZZLY. THE INJURED WAS WARNED BY OTHE REMPLOYEE THAT HE WAS STARTING UP THE SHAKER. THE INJURED ACKNOWLEDGED HE UNDERSTOOD THE SHAKER WAS GOING TO BE STA RTED. WHEN THE OTHER MAN WENT TO START THE SHAKER THE INJURED PUT HIS HAND ON THE BELT THAT RAN THE SHAKER AND HIS HAD WAS PULLED INTO THE PULLEY.
