EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT WHILE HE WAS DUMPING A LOAD OF MATERIAL THE DUMP LEVER BECAME STUCK AND THAT WHEN HE PULLED HARDER ON IT TO FREE IT HE FLT ASHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. OTHER EMPLOYEE CLAIMS INJURY OCCURRED EARLIER IN WEEK WHILE PLAYING BASEBALL AT HOME. EMPLOYEE DID NOT REPORT INURY AS WORK RELATED UNTIL 7-15-97.
