CLEANING OUT MAIN BELT AT THE TAIL PULLEY DUE TO ROCK BEING WEDGED IN IT. OPERATOR REMOVED SAFETY SHIELDS TO GAIN ACCESS TO DO THIS WORK. IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THIS, OPERATORS ARM GOT CAUGHT IN BETWEEN THE TAIL PULLEY ADN THE BELT.
